Chamilia | | | For Chamilia, the principle is simple: design is different here. The company was founded in 2002 by Killian Rieder and Jeff Julkowski on the premise of putting jewelry design into the hands of the consumer. Killian, a former designer with Polo Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger, wanted this brand to be personalized to allow women to change and customize it to fit the mood, moment or occasion, like a chameleon that changes in its environment.
They launched Chamilia with a line of beads of 14k gold, sterling silver, Italian Murano glass and colored stones, and a few bracelets and necklaces.
Today, Chamilia offers an extensive bead collection featuring contemporary designs, fashionable color combinations and hand-crafted detail, all made from the finest materials including Swarovski Elements, Italian Murano glass, sterling silver and 14k gold. Silks and braided-leather have been added to the beautifully designed companion bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Chamilia's line also includes the exclusive Disney Collection, and Miss Chamilia, a collection designed for children.
Chamilia supports communities and causes across the globe by introducing limited edition beads and donating a portion of the proceeds to support causes like breast cancer support, autism research, and disaster recovery programs.

Escama StudioEscama Studio creates handbags from recycled aluminum soda pop tops. Our products are hand crocheted, fair trade eco fashion accessories.
To achieve our singular aesthetic, the Escama Studio team adapted traditional crochet techniques used in Brazil and imbued this tradition with a modern design sense and new materials. With designs originating from both San Francisco and Brazil, the bags are hand crocheted in Brazil by women's collectives who are not just contract manufacturers, but an integral part of Escama Studio.
The result is an elegant and striking collection of accessories that illustrates our mission: creating innovative and stylish products from post-consumer and other sustainable materials, through partnerships with producers in underprivileged communities.

From Soldier to SoldierFrom Soldier to Soldier is a fund raising and awareness campaign based on the sales of a designer version of the survival bracelets worn by many US and allied soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Significant contributions from the sales will be donated to Homes For Our Troops, and other organizations assisting wounded veterans and their families.
The bracelets in the field are braided by the soldiers with parachute cord. They are known as survival bracelets, because they can be unraveled and the paracord can be used for many purposes in a pinch. They are also exchanged among soldiers as friendship bracelets. Often, a uniform button is sewn on and used as the clasp.

Rony Tennenbaum | | | One day in late 2008, it struck me like a thunderbolt-I needed to add passion and purpose to my life as a jewelry designer. For two decades I'd been involved in every step of the jewelry business, from trends analysis and marketing to selecting gemstones, and launching new lines. I was experienced at every level of the industry, including Jewelry Design and Diamonds Grading training, but none of it was enough to sustain my interest.
I discussed this malaise with my life partner, a man I've lived with for almost as long as I've been making jewelry. As we discussed different options, it became apparent I needed to do more. First, I needed a goal, a purpose. After 20+ years designing and working for others, it was time to achieve a solo career. And second, I wanted to dive into something completely and totally responsible. I wanted to create important jewelry
Wedding and engagement rings. But not just any wedding and engagement rings - for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community-now that's a mission I could believe in!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I've had many pieces of jewelry repaired here and always received excellent service. Ashley's is the best! I brought in my engagement ring because I had lost a stone and they matched it and fixed the setting so I wouldn't lose any more stones. I've had my husband's watch fixed and got a new band to match the watch as closely as possible, replaced watch batteries, etc. I even referred a friend to take her engagement ring to be fixed before she lost her diamond. Wonderful people and I'd recommend them to anyone!
